1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your ("User" or "you") access to and use of The Vault+ streaming service ("The Vault+" or "Service"). By accessing or using The Vault+ in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understand, and expressly agree to be bound by these Terms without modification.1.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sir Dominic Scott, including any affiliated entities, successors, assigns, or licensees (collectively, "Provider"). (a) The Vault+, including all adult-oriented streaming content such as pornographic videos, hypnosis materials, audio, visual content, software, scripts, and other associated files (collectively, "Content"), is provided strictly "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".(b) Provider expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

2.2 No Guarantee of Results or Satisfaction
(a) Provider makes no representation or warranty concerning the effectiveness, enjoyment, safety, or satisfaction derived from Content. 3. USER RESPONSIBILITY & ACCOUNT USAGE
3.1 Age Requirement
(a) You affirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater). Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination.3.2 Account Security & Prohibited Sharing Practices
(a) You must create and use your own unique account. Sharing accounts, login credentials, screen-sharing, group viewing, copying login data for third-party use, or permitting others unauthorized access to Content is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach.(b) You accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and agree to safeguard your login details securely. (a) You agree to ensure that your use of The Vault+ complies with all local, national, and international laws, especially those governing adult, pornographic, and hypnosis-related content.4. SALES, PAYMENTS, REFUNDS, & CHARGEBACKS

4.1 Strict Policy on Chargebacks & Payments
(a) All sales are final and irrevocable once Content is accessed. Initiating chargebacks after accessing Content is strictly forbidden and constitutes fraudulent activity.(b) Accessing Content constitutes explicit agreement to relinquish chargeback rights. Provider reserves the right to legally dispute chargebacks vigorously, including recovery of attorney's fees, administrative charges, investigative expenses, and punitive damages.(c) Provider will maintain detailed access logs as legal evidence against fraudulent chargebacks.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
(a) Provider retains complete ownership of Content. Users are granted only a limited, revocable, personal license for private streaming.(b) Unauthorized sharing or reproduction will trigger immediate termination and aggressive legal action, seeking damages and compensation for loss of revenue.

6. ISP DEPENDENCY & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
(a) User acknowledges that The Vault+'s functionality entirely depends on their Internet Service Provider (ISP). Provider holds no responsibility for any disruptions due to ISP failures, including outages, speed throttling, connection interruptions, or data limitations.(b) Users accept that disruptions stemming from ISP limitations do not constitute grounds for claims, refunds, or service credits.

7. INDEPENDENT PROVIDER & TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
(a) User explicitly recognizes that Sir Dominic Scott independently operates The Vault+ as a sophisticated, individually managed streaming platform, inherently susceptible to technical bugs, scalability challenges, downtime, or other functional limitations.(b) By accepting these Terms, User acknowledges awareness of these potential operational constraints and explicitly waives any claims arising from technical disruptions or limitations inherent to such independently operated services.

8. INDEMNIFICATION
(a) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Provider from any claims arising from your violations, unauthorized use, or misuse of The Vault+.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & JURISDICTION
(a) Binding arbitration shall resolve disputes exclusively under Provider's chosen arbitration institution.(b) Class actions or collective arbitration proceedings are explicitly waived.

10. MODIFICATIONS & TERMINATION
(a) Provider reserves rights to update these Terms without notice. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.(b) Immediate termination may occur upon Terms violations.

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
(a) These Terms represent the complete agreement, superseding prior communications or agreements.
